  • Descrizione: Ariadni, a married woman, decides to leave her husband and goes to the island of Leros. Twenty years ago, and at a very tender age, she had witnessed the atrocious murder of her mother by her own father. At the Leros asylum for psychopaths, where her murderer father is locked up, she is hired to teach a theatrical group consisting of patients. Her ulterior motive for accepting the job, however, is to take revenge on her father. She has a brief affair with the doctor of the asylum, Apostolis, and, at the same time, she is attracted to a patient. She also associates with an ambitious writer, who is also her assistant in putting on the play – based on the myth of the Minotaur. Through these affairs and a series of flashbacks in her father’s life, the rehearsals continue. Little by little, however, the heroine realizes that her father had planned, via correspondence, her transfer to Leros and her involvement in the asylum’s labyrinth.
